By accessing or using notary-advisor.com or any Notary Advisor product including NORA (Notary On-Demand Resource Assistant), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Notary Advisor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Notary Advisor provides an AI-powered compliance platform for notaries public. Our flagship product, NORA, provides educational guidance sourced from official state notary handbooks, statutes, and government publications. NORA IS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL, NOT LEGAL COUNSEL. Nothing NORA says constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using NORA. Always consult a licensed attorney for legal questions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Notary Advisor. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The free Starter plan provides 10 NORA questions total. Questions do not reset. To continue using NORA after your 10 questions are used, you must upgrade to the Pro plan.
The Pro plan provides unlimited NORA questions and access to all platform features for one state. Plans are available monthly ($20/month) or annually ($204/year, equivalent to $17/month).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. To request a refund within 7 days of your first charge, email legal@notary-advisor.com. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for renewal charges.

NORA provides educational information based on official state notary handbooks and government publications. NORA is not a lawyer, is not your lawyer, and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using NORA.
While we strive for accuracy, NORA's responses may contain errors, may not reflect the most recent legal changes, and may not apply to your specific situation. Always verify critical compliance decisions with the California Secretary of State or a licensed attorney.
NORA is currently available for California notary law only. We are expanding to additional states. Do not use NORA's California answers to make decisions about notary law in other states.
AI-generated responses are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any NORA response.
Your use of Notary Advisor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that questions you ask NORA are logged and may be reviewed by Notary Advisor staff for quality assurance purposes.
